Warning System

Landi English rewards teachers for their professionalism and dedication, but we also monitor and track teachers who have issues which impact our students.

Warnings will be given to teachers for issues which impact the lessons or reduce the customer experience.

Each teacher, irrespective of status or length of service, has a maximum of 5 warnings within one contract time. The 6th warning will automatically place the teacher into ‘Termination.’

Warnings Applied (For 1 Contract Period)

Immediate resignation without any notice is intolerable in any online or offline company. We don't condone NCNS (No Call No Show) cases or disappearances without notice.

ANY teacher logged as NCNS for more than three days or that resigns immediately without finishing their classes will be put on a permanent BLACKLIST.

Producing fake documents such as doctor's notes or disrespecting other teachers will also result in the teacher being placed on the blacklist. Blacklisted teachers will be permanently banned from working with Landi in the future.
