Pending

You will be put on pending status (1-month long, during this time your slots would be closed) if you:

1.Can't finish classes properly due to an unstable device and network.

🤔 In this case, how can I get back to teaching again?

Please contact your operator to check whether your network and equipment are normal. After passing diagnostic tests, your operator will help to get your schedule back.

2.Haven't completed memos on several occasions and don't make any improvements after an operator's reminder.

3.Spread negative information or competitor's information or add other teachers into private Dingtalk groups, etc.

4.Don't cooperate with operator's daily work, for example, you do not respond to operator's messages, do not upload required information or certificates, etc.

5.Take more than 4 consecutive weeks off.

6.Are not stable and cancel classes frequently, but have less than 6 warnings or you need to take time off because you are pregnant or sick.

🤔 In the case of 2 to 6, how can I get back to teach again?

Please contact your operator and apply for a Review Meeting. When you pass the review, your operator will help to get your schedule back.

* Pending status is usually one month, but if you think you’re able to come back to teach before that, you can contact your operator for a Review Meeting within pending status.

*If you are under pending status for more than 1 month and do not contact your operator for a Review Meeting, you will be considered as automatically resigned from Landi.

Please note that if your overall behavior is severely bad, we have the right to terminate your contract immediately instead of putting you under pending status. Pending is only used for teachers with slight violations of Landi policies.
