# Referral Bonus

Landi English is always looking for talented and dedicated teachers to join our team. 

We offer up to 100 USD per successful referral teacher. :wink:

### How to refer a friend?

Use the Referral link or share button on your teacher’s page for a referral.&#x20;

\*Sometimes teachers would refer the same candidate.&#x20;

In such circumstances, the referral bonus will be paid to the first teacher based on chronological order.

\*Landi referral bonus will only apply to qualified Landi teachers. If your candidate joins other programs in our company, policies will be varied accordingly.

### When do I receive the bonus?

The bonus will be paid when your referrals pass the probationary period in conjunction with your monthly salary.
