Full Attendance Bonus

1 USD for each finished slot with perfect attendance. The bonus is calculated on a monthly basis.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Do not have any leave record for the month (including standard leave)

• Have no cancellations for the month(Override is not eligible here)

• Have a nil attendance issues record for the month (No late starts, early finishes or late/incomplete memos)

• Log in to the teaching platform and enter the first lesson of the day 5 minutes before the scheduled start time, for each teaching day of the month. (Regular teachers with morning/afternoon AND evening BJT slots must do this twice).

• If a teacher has resigned or terminated their contract that month, they are not eligible for the Full Attendance Award.

• If a teacher is on a Pending status that month, they are not eligible for the Full Attendance Award.

• The attendance system collects data from when teachers click ‘Start-Class’ on the platform but will only register if clicked within one hour before your lesson. Any ‘start class’ action before this will result in your attendance not being recorded.

• Please note that you are not eligible for attendance bonus for your first and last month.
