Contract Renewal

If a teacher has significantly bad conduct during the period after the renewal and before the current contract ends, we have the right to withdraw the new contract.

For a new contract, previous warnings will be cleared back to 0. However, the SIR record will still affect the teacher’s booking rate.

If teachers fail the contract renewal and have excessive cancellations or outstanding problems between the date of receiving the fail letter and the last day of the contract, Landi has the right to terminate the contract immediately and withhold one month’s salary.

Contract renewal evaluations are based on the contract start date, not the teacher’s actual first day of teaching.

Evaluations and contract renewals will be done around one month before the current agreement expires.
