# Termination

Landi English may terminate this agreement with a penalty and with immediate effect if the teacher breaches any of the guidelines (Probation & Contract Renewal Evaluation), policies (Warning system and any further policies), structures, systems, etc. contained within this handbook, such as:

Receive more than 6 warnings

NCNS for 3 consecutive days

Make inappropriate political statements

Verbally abuse students, companies, company staff, etc.
