Replacement and non-replacement teachers

Firstly, no REG lesson will be booked within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.

The schedule will only finalize for the upcoming 72 hours(for non-replacement lesson teachers). More lessons can be booked if it is without 72 hours.

For Replacement Teacher

Your offered slots could be booked any time after the release of your schedule (Monday at 07:00 BJT) and up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the replaced lesson. Thus, replacement teachers must check schedule frequently.

Example

Replacement Teacher Andi checked his initial schedule at 7AM BJT on Monday.

He noticed that there's an empty slot (18:00-18:30). He thought the slot wouldn't be booked, so he muted Dingtalk and went to sleep. Well, this is a serious mistake. The slot was booked later by the system and teacher Andi didn't show up for the lesson.

Remember, replacement lessons might be booked 15minutes before the class start time! Do not mute the Dingtalk message otherwise you might miss important messages.

For Non-Replacement Teachers

Your offered slots in next 3 days wouldn't be booked.
