# High-Risk Teachers

As a part of our Landi online teacher family, teachers are required to meet three basic criteria:

* have a government-approved teaching certificate
* have good and stable attendance
* have good class performance
* have at least 20 paired slots at peak hours(18:00-21:00BJT).

**Teachers that do not meet the above criteria will be marked as a High-risk teacher until the issue has been solved.**

Impacts during this period:

1. No new student bookings
2. Replacement tag removed
3. For 2.0 teachers, you are not qualified to transfer to 3.0

## How to remove the high-risk tag？

Here are the steps to remove the high-risk tag, once the issue has been solved we will work together to increase your total bookings:

* Teaching Certificate not obtained yet. ( TESOL / TEFL / CELTA)

{% hint style="success" %}
Solution: Obtain a TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate and submit through your teacher‘s page, then inform your operator.
{% endhint %}

* Abnormal Attendance: high student impact rate, having more than two cases of cancellations per month

{% hint style="success" %}
Solution: Have ZERO attendance issue for one full month
{% endhint %}

* Need improvement on your class performance: Having more than five students unbind in one month, failed class recording check

{% hint style="success" %}
Solution: You can check with your operator to see what the issue is and improve. Submit one class recording and the operator will choose one class at random to review and once you pass the coach criteria the tag will be removed
{% endhint %}

* pair slots at peak hour didn't up to 20:pls open more slots or revise your schedule to meet with 3.0 schedule requirement.

We hope the issue can get resolved soon!
