About Landi

😀 Welcome to Landi English, a leading company in online ESL industry!

Our founder, Shawn Li, worked as an innovative programmer in Japan prior to founding Landi English. He believes that passion, diligence and technology lead to great education companies.

We aim to provide amazing learning experience for Landi students and build a connection between teachers and students across the world.

Here at Landi, don’t hesitate to ask for help when you need a helping hand.

Within the Landi Teacher Management Department, there are different roles:

NC

NC is short for Nesting Coach. They will be in charge of the daily management of new teachers in the first few weeks and support and follow your career in Landi.

On-Call Operator

The On-Call Operator assists you with urgent questions and issues.

HR

The HR team is in charge of your salary calculation and monitoring your performance for probation evaluation and agreement management.

Besides, sometimes CC and SC might also contact you.

CC

CC is short for Course Consultant. They communicate with and attend to potential students and help them schedule an Experience lesson.

SC

SC is short for Student Consultant. They are responsible for Landi English students.

China NEVER changes from DST, and all times are in the 24-hour format.
