Agreement Terms

The agreement with Landi English is for a 12 month period and can be renewed by mutual consent.

Either party can terminate the agreement by giving 28 days written notice, without penalty, provided there are no outstanding issues to be resolved.

The teacher’s final payment shall be withheld until all termination procedures have been completed. The final pay will be reckoned as a penalty if the teacher fails to give 28 days’ notice or fails to complete the full termination period.

Landi English can terminate this agreement with a penalty and with immediate effect if the teacher breaches any of the guidelines, policies, structures, systems, etc. contained within this handbook. As Landi English is a fast-growing company, it reserves the right to modify, change, void or replace the agreement without prior notice.

The teacher’s performance and attitude will be regularly monitored using observations, students’ & Operator feedback, data collection, students binding rates, comments, slot completion, etc. The teacher will receive verbal and written feedback along with coaching and/or training, as necessary.

Recorded lessons will be regularly checked and evaluated by Landi staff.
