Resignation

For any reason a teacher wants to leave Landi English, a 28 day written notice to HR is required. Your last teaching day will be confirmed by HR from 7- 28 days depending on teacher schedule and replacement process.

Teachers are required to complete all prebooked lessons on your schedule.

The final payment will be reckoned as a penalty if the teacher fails to give 28 days’ notice or fails to complete all procedures and prebooked lessons. Like immediate NCNS or outstanding issues will cause teachers’ final pay being withheld.

In case of emergency resignation, your salary will not be paid.
