# Personalized Demand For Students

In order to maximize students’ experience and parent satisfaction, we have developed a new feature that enables students to choose areas they wish the teacher to consider highlighting in the lesson. 

This feature will help facilitate better communication between students/parents and the teacher for a more comfortable learning and teaching environment. 

### What are the demands?

Students can choose a maximum of 3 options from the following list: 

| Option                             | Definition                                                                                                                              |
| ---------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Correct my pronunciation           | Please correct pronunciation more.                                                                                                      |
| Praise and encourage me            | Please give students more encouragement.                                                                                                |
| Maximize my talking time           | Please encourage and guide students to speak out more.                                                                                  |
| Use TPR & props regularly          | Please use TPR, props or other teaching methods more often.                                                                             |
| Speak slower                       | Please speak slowly so that students can understand and follow better.                                                                  |
| Give courseware extensions         | If you still have time left after teaching all the lesson materials, try to extend it. Make sure it relates to the learning objectives. |
| Prioritize the Learning Objectives | If the student's English level is low and they find the lesson difficult, please pay attention to the core vocabulary and sentences.    |
| Give study tips in the memo        | Please write detailed memo, and share a few tips with students.                                                                         |
