# Financial Penalties

The main types of penalties are:

* Penalties for abnormal attendance (including late\*, early leave\*, and excessive leave taken, etc.), $2.5 deducted per impacted student.
* Penalties for Cancellations, such as NCNS, fail to clock in, AWOL, Emergency Leave, Incomplete lesson, please check below.
* $2 deducted each instance when student give a negative comment, or issues a complaint.

| Type                        | Penalty                                           |
| --------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| Incomplete Lesson (<25mins) | The slot will not be paid.                        |
| Fail to clock in            | 10 USD penalty will be applied per slot impacted. |
| NCNS                        | 15 USD penalty will be applied per slot impacted. |
| AWOL                        | 10 USD penalty will be applied per slot impacted. |
| Emergency Leave             | 2 USD penalty will be applied per slot impacted.  |
| Standard Leave              | No Penalty                                        |

**\*Late:** Starting the lesson between the start time and +3.00 minutes, but completed 25mins lesson.

**\*Early Leave:** Leaving the lesson early, but completed the full 25 minutes in the lesson.

\*Excessive leave taken: please check below.

**Issues Paid and Unpaid**

Student Related: Lat&#x65;**\***, absen&#x74;**\***, incomplete lesson, or technical issues

Landi Related: System-wide Platform, Material or Server issues (Do not apply to individual instances)

The slot will be unpaid if\
Any teacher side issues originating from the teacher’s location, such as but not limited to, weather, connection, software/hardware, technical, incomplete lesson.\
Training of any kind, initial, OJT, performance, update, etc.
