Regular Teacher

Regular or REG teachers are responsible for helping students grow and learn over time with Landi.

As a REG teacher you are expected to:

• Have a comprehensive knowledge of all the REG materials in use

• Have lively, engaging and entertaining lessons

• Be instrumental in encouraging your students to renew with Landi

• Deliver high-level lessons from the beginning to the end of the day

• Work closely with your Operator to improve our services to potential students

Teachers are NOT permitted to take leave in the first 6 weeks or reduce your offered slots in the first 6 months of teaching, and you must keep your timetable for at least 6 months. (For 3.0 teachers, you must keep your schedule with paired slots.) You might be invited to offer more slots according to students’ need.

How to I get more bookings?

Offer peak time slots and the other slots recommended by your Nesting Coach or Operator.

Take another look at your video, photos and bio on the teacher's page. Make sure you sound well qualified, professional and fun.

Besides, you'll need to have a perfect attendance record and make sure your students like you. The more slots you teach, the more money you make.
