Bank information update deadline

9 AM BJT on the last Wednesday of each month.

It happens a lot lately that teachers are unable to get their pay because they used incorrect banking information.

In order to ensure that every teacher receives their salary on time and accurately, we now ask that you provide a screenshot of your bank details so that we can check they have been entered correctly.

Will the screenshot result in the disclosement of my bank information?

No. Landi always attaches great importance to the security of teachers' personal information. The screenshot is just to help verify whether the bank information is accurate and to avoid refunds.

I don't want to provide screenshots. What will happen?

We will not be able to verify whether the bank information is correct. If this results in a refund, it will mean extra work for the HR team and Finance Department. You will also fully bear the handling charge of re-transferring the money due to not cooperating with HR team. If you are changing your details we will not be able to use your new bank information without a screenshot to confirm. If you are a new teacher we will be unable to use your bank information without a confirmation screenshot.

What would happen if I provide screenshots after the deadline?

The Financial Department will transfer the payment according to the bank information held at the deadline, if you do not provide a screenshot, your new details will not be used to send payment.

We would like to address once again the importance of providing screenshots of correct bank information. This process has been introduced solely to minimize the incidents of teachers’ pay being delayed due to preventable errors when inputting information.

Any updates MUST BE completed before the deadline for current month salary transfer;

Any updates after the deadline will only be eligible for the following month’s salary transfer.

Please double check that your bank information is accurate. If incorrect information is provided, the teacher will need to cover the additional transfer fee.
