Clock-in System

As Landi is an online ESL company, we do not have a teachers’ break room or a teachers’ office where we can see our teachers arrive for work every day. We do not know you are ready and able to teach classes unless you’re in the class or you tell us. For those teachers who have issues and are unable to contact us, we do not know there are issues until it is too late for us to do anything. We need time to react and replace classes before our students are impacted.

Thus, we need you to confirm you are available by clicking the clock in button. Turn on the computer, log in to your Teachers’ page and click the Clock in and you’re done. No more than 2 minutes is required, and we’ll know you’re ready for lessons.

How to clock in?

It's easy! Open T+ > Log in > Clock in > DONE

The clock-in will appear on your Teachers’ Page, there are three statuses

● “Clock in Here” in red

● “Attendance recorded” in green

● “Not available” grayed out

When do I need to clock in?

It depends on the time of your slots.

you need to clock-in TWICE per day

Once for the morning / afternoon lessons.

Once for the evening lessons.

In ALL instances, even if you miss the first lesson (or available slot) clock-in, you still need to clock-in for your next slot on the same day.

An NCNS (No call no show) after clock-in or for a replacement lesson will not be able to be overridden.

The following charts show some examples of when to clock-in and how our system processes.

Please note your specific clock-in time will vary depending on when your first lesson (or offered slot) is scheduled.
