Class Record

Teachers can click on the 'class record' button to check lesson information details, such as lesson ID, lesson status, lesson attendance (late, early leave & 1st lesson <5mins) and cancellation type for previous lessons.

Teachers can appeal a lesson within 48 hours for any lessons that have issues.

To submit an appeal, click on the appeal button, fill in the blanks and submit it.

The appeal button will be unavailable 48 hours after the lesson finish time. For emergency events such as a medical emergency, please reach your operator as soon as possible. We will work with you on a case by case basis.

Appeal Status

Teachers can check the status feedback in the appeal record. Below is a description of each status:

The appeal was received and will be reviewed.

The attendance system collects data from when teachers click ‘Start-Class’ on the platform but will only register if clicked within one hour before your lesson. Any ‘start class’ action before this will result in your attendance not being recorded.

Note: Please make sure you click ‘Start-Class’ within 1 hour before your lesson time (if your class begins at 18:00:00 you need to click ‘Start-Class’ after 17:00:00).

If you’re not sure whether you entered at least an hour before, please re-enter the classroom.
