# Payment and Refund
### **Payment**
The Payday (transferred FROM our bank) is usually between the 10th and 15th of each month.
Currency received：

If your bank location is in one of the countries above and prefer to receive USD rather than local currency, you can choose to receive USD by paying the $29 processing fee, which will be deducted from your monthly salary. If you would like to change the currency you receive please contact the HR team.
For teachers who receive local currency, payslips will still show amounts in USD.

If you have not received your funds by the **20th** of the month, please check first with your bank and confirm the details BEFORE contacting the HR & Salary Dept.

For resigned or dismissed teachers who meet their contract termination obligations, the salary will be paid as usual even if the amount is less than 200 USD.

### **Refund**
\
（1）You will be paid via direct bank transfer monthly. If it is **less than 200 USD**, the transfer will be deferred to the following month.
（2）When the payment fails and the salary is returned, don't panic.
The finance department can re-transfer salary on 'the unconditional transfer date' of the month, in pre-conditions of providing:
1\. Effective bank statement in screenshots
2\. A new account in screenshots.
The 'unconditional transfer date' is 8 working days from the payday.
